BOP-CL Bis(2-oxo-3-oxazolidinyl)phosphinic chloride

REF: A01003
Bis(2-oxo-3-oxazolidinyl)hypophosphoryl chloride (BOP-Cl) is an organophosphorus-type condensation reagent. During the reaction, carboxylic acid in amino acid first reacts in the process of chlorination to form an activated intermediate. Then it reacts with the amino group to produce amide compounds. BOP-Cl is commonly used to synthesize amino acid compounds, with good yields and inhibition of the racemization ability.
