Ethyl 2-oxime cyanoacetate is a new type of peptide condensation activation auxiliary, which can replace HOBT and HOAT with potential explosive properties, and COMU, a peptide condensation reagent produced by using it as a leaving group, which is a new type of amide condensation reagent mainly used in solid-liquid-phase peptide synthesis as well as the construction of amide bonds in APIs. In addition, ethyl 2-oxime cyanoacetate, as a leaving group in the peptide condensation process, can be used in conjunction with EDC hydrochloride, DCC, and EDC to dramatically increase the condensation reaction activity and reduce the chiral racemization of the ammonia-acid condensation process. Compared to the leaving groups such as N-hydroxybenzotriazole (HOBT) and N-hydroxypyridinotriazole (HOAT), which have the potential risk of explosion, ethyl 2-oxime cyanoacetate is safer in the production and use process. Accompanied by the development of chemical small-molecule drugs and peptide drugs, the market demand for ethyl 2-oxime cyanoacetate is increasing yearly, and it has a good market prospect.
